When you order a Sophos license from us please make sure you include the license number or current hardware appliance serial number. Licenses generally take around 24 - 36 working hours to be issued after order.
In some instances you may find we show out of stock for certain hardware models. This is fairly normal and reflects the fact, often that we have to place what is called a back to back order.
