When you order a Sophos license from us please make sure you include the license number or current hardware appliance serial number. Licenses generally take around 24 - 36 working hours to be issued after order.

In some instances you may find we show out of stock for certain hardware models. This is fairly normal and reflects the fact, often that we have to place what is called a back to back order. When you order with us, we order with Sophos and the unit is shipped in to the country. Please allow around 10 working days where we show as out of stock.

The fanless, passive cooling design has no moving parts, which reduces downtime and maintenance call-outs.

With Long Reach PoE enabled, power and data can reach up to 250 m over the PoE ports, well beyond the usual 100 m cable limit (port speed drops to 10 Mbps in this mode).
