We are just not quite the same as many of the other online stores.  I know it is easy to say that, but we just aren't.

The Tech Geeks, under their parent company Twelve Times (Worldwide) Pty Ltd trade in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

This allows us to purchase stock from suppliers from locations where they have it available.    We are then able to import those products directly, along with providing localised Warranty and Replacement as required.

We only list items that we know have been, or are about to be released to us and since we purchase only in small batches these are often flown in on short time frames.

We list on each product our expected shipments and ones that we have already sent out to customers.   Please use these dates as a guideline as we always suggest 14-21 days just to allow for air freight or customs hold ups.

DrayTek VigorSwitch G2100

The VigorSwitch G2100 is a compact Layer 2+ managed Gigabit switch designed for smart homes, small offices, and branch sites. It includes 8 × Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2 × SFP fibre ports, and Layer 3 features such as DHCP Server and VLAN Routing, helping maintain efficient local network performance even if the gateway is unavailable. It also supports advanced monitoring tools including IP Conflict Detection, ONVIF Surveillance, and Ping Watchdog.

ONVIF‑Friendly
The switch automatically detects ONVIF‑compliant devices across VLANs, displays a hierarchical camera topology, and allows remote maintenance such as rebooting or resetting devices. It can also take periodic snapshots and send alerts when cameras stop responding, and PoE models can automatically power‑cycle affected ports.

IP Conflict Detection & Prevention
The switch continuously monitors for IP conflicts and alerts administrators when issues arise. It can also block problematic hosts to maintain a stable and reliable network environment.

LAN Management
DrayTek’s LAN management platform provides automatic device discovery, provisioning, centralised monitoring, and system maintenance such as configuration backup and remote reboot, all managed through a Vigor router.
