When you order a Sophos license from us please make sure you include the license number or current hardware appliance serial number. Licenses generally take around 24 - 36 working hours to be issued after order.

In some instances you may find we show out of stock for certain hardware models. This is fairly normal and reflects the fact, often that we have to place what is called a back to back order. When you order with us, we order with Sophos and the unit is shipped in to the country. Please allow around 10 working days where we show as out of stock.

Robust Security and Access Control

The DXS-3410-32SY incorporates comprehensive security features including Multi-layer and Packet Content Access Control Lists (ACL), Storm Control, and the exclusive D-Link Safeguard Engine to prevent traffic flooding from malicious attacks. Multiple authentication mechanisms such as 802.1X, Web-based Access Control (WAC), and MAC-based Access Control provide strict access control. Advanced features include IP-MAC-Port Binding (IMPB) with DHCP Snooping, allowing administrators to bind source IP addresses with associated MAC addresses for enhanced user access control. Individual VLAN membership, Quality of Service (QoS) policies, and ACL rules can be assigned to each authenticated host.

Scalability and High Availability

The switch supports physical stacking of up to 9 units using the SFP28 ports, delivering up to 200 Gbps stacking bandwidth for maximum performance. Virtual stacking extends scalability to 32 units. The entire stack can be controlled with a single IP address, simplifying network management and enhancing redundancy. The DXS-3410-32SY features advanced Layer 2 functionalities including flow control, Link Aggregation, Spanning Tree Protocols, Loopback Detection, Flow Mirroring, and IGMP/MLD Snooping.

Management is simple and flexible with support for 802.3ah OAM, 802.1ag CFM, and industry-standard CLI. The switch supports multiple images and configurations for risk-free firmware testing. Out-of-band management is available via dedicated RJ-45 console and Gigabit Ethernet management ports.
