The TP-Link EAP650GP-Desktop is an Omada AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 desktop/wall-mount GPON access point designed for FTTR/FTTH deployments. It integrates with the Omada Optical Networking Solution to deliver enterprise-grade Gigabit Passive Optical Networking (GPON). With a single fibre, the EAP650GP-Desktop can connect multiple devices such as cameras, PCs and TVs, making it well suited to point-to-multipoint (PtMP) environments such as hotels and multi-dwelling units (MDUs).
Delivering dual-band AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 performance, this access point provides 2402 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, with OFDMA, MU-MIMO and 1024-QAM to keep latency low. Its GPON port, FXS voice port and Gigabit Ethernet ports let one fibre carry wired, wireless, voice, VoIP, data and HD video services.
