What should I do if a PIN is required when I first connect to the Mobile Wi-Fi network?
Click 'Connect using a security key instead', then enter the network security key (wireless password). On a model with a screen, the original password can be found in the 'Device Info' item.
How do I reset the Mobile Wi-Fi to factory defaults?
You can use the hard reset method by pressing and holding the Reset hole with a pin for about 3 seconds after opening the back cover, or log in to the web interface and go to Advanced > Device > Factory Defaults, then click Restore.
How do I use the MiFi in foreign countries?
Make sure the ISP you connect to works on frequencies your MiFi supports, enable Data Roaming (via the tpMiFi app or the web interface under Advanced > Dial-up > Dial-up Settings), and unlock your SIM PIN if the PIN function is enabled.
How do I log in to the web management page?
Connect your device to the MiFi's Wi-Fi network. The default Wi-Fi name and password are printed on the device's rear label.
What can I do if Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting?
Try setting a static Wi-Fi channel, and if the problem persists, set the LTE band manually in the device's advanced network settings to avoid frequent channel switching caused by LTE band changes.
