This allows us to purchase stock from suppliers from locations where they have it available.    We are then able to import those products directly, along with providing localised Warranty and Replacement as required.

We only list items that we know have been, or are about to be released to us and since we purchase only in small batches these are often flown in on short time frames.

We list on each product our expected shipments and ones that we have already sent out to customers.   Please use these dates as a guideline as we always suggest 14-21 days just to allow for air freight or customs hold ups.

Licensing

The MS150-48LP-4X requires either an Enterprise or Advanced licence (sold separately) available in 1 or multiple-year terms. All MS150 switches in an organisation must use the same licence tier. The Advanced licence unlocks additional capabilities including Adaptive Policy functionality. Licences are required for the switch to operate and include software upgrades, centralised systems management, and phone support.

Compatible SFP Modules

The MS150-48LP-4X supports a range of Cisco Meraki SFP+ modules including MA-SFP-10GB-SR (10GbE Short Range), MA-SFP-10GB-LR (10GbE Long Range), MA-SFP-10GB-ER (10GbE Extended Range), MA-SFP-10GB-ZR (10GbE Very Long Range), MA-SFP-1GB-SX (1GbE), MA-SFP-1GB-LX10, and MA-SFP-1GB-TX. Direct attach copper cables including MA-CBL-TA-1M and MA-CBL-TA-3M are also supported.

Stacking Accessories

Stacking cables are sold separately and are not included with the MS150-48LP-4X. The switch supports intra-family stacking only (MS150 models stack with other MS150 models). A maximum of 8 switches can be stacked in a single stack using the two dedicated backplane stacking ports.

Compatible Switches for Mixed Deployments

The MS150-48LP-4X can be deployed alongside other MS150 series switches including the MS150-24P-4X, MS150-48FP-4X, MS150-24MP-4X, and MS150-48MP-4X models. When deployed in co-term licensing organisations, the MS150-48LP-4X shares licence tier requirements with MS130, MS390, and Catalyst 9300-M series switches—all must use matching Enterprise or Advanced licences.
