We are just not quite the same as many of the other online stores.  I know it is easy to say that, but we just aren't.

The Tech Geeks, under their parent company Twelve Times (Worldwide) Pty Ltd trade in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

This allows us to purchase stock from suppliers from locations where they have it available.    We are then able to import those products directly, along with providing localised Warranty and Replacement as required.

We only list items that we know have been, or are about to be released to us and since we purchase only in small batches these are often flown in on short time frames.

We list on each product our expected shipments and ones that we have already sent out to customers.   Please use these dates as a guideline as we always suggest 14-21 days just to allow for air freight or customs hold ups.

Compatible Products

Stacking Cables: The MS150-48MP-4X supports dedicated backplane stacking using Cisco Meraki stacking cables (sold separately). Stacking cables are not included with the switch and must be ordered separately to enable physical stacking functionality.

SFP/SFP+ Modules: This switch is compatible with a wide range of Cisco Meraki SFP and SFP+ transceivers, including 1GbE SFP and 10GbE SFP+ fibre modules. Refer to the Cisco Meraki SFP and Stacking Accessories datasheet for complete compatibility information and part numbers.

Power Cords: Region-specific power cords are not included in the box and must be ordered separately. Available options include MA-PWR-CORD-AU (Australia), MA-PWR-CORD-UK, MA-PWR-CORD-EU, MA-PWR-CORD-US, and other regional variants.

Mounting Accessories: The MS150-48MP-4X includes standard 1U rack mounting hardware. For 2-post rack installations, the optional MA-MNT-MID-1 mid-mount bracket is available separately.

Licensing: All Cisco Meraki switches require an active cloud license to operate. The MS150 series offers two licence tiers: Enterprise (for core switching features) and Advanced (for enhanced security features including Adaptive Policy). Licences are available in 1 or multiple year terms and include 24/7 support, continuous feature updates, and next-business-day hardware replacement.
