When you order a Sophos license from us please make sure you include the license number or current hardware appliance serial number. Licenses generally take around 24 - 36 working hours to be issued after order.

Battery Life and Charging

Power-on standby time is about 25 days with no load. Under a typical CCTV load, expect about 3 days of operation. A full recharge (0-100%) takes about 1 day with no load, or about 1.2 days with load, based on 4-5 hours of sun per day.
