Important Compatibility Information
The Reolink Chime is available in multiple versions (V1, V2, and Chime Plus). Please note the following compatibility guidelines:
Reolink Video Doorbell PoE/WiFi (Plug-in): V1 doorbells are compatible only with V1 Chime, whereas V2 and V3 doorbells are compatible with V2 Chime and Chime Plus.
Reolink Video Doorbell (Battery): Compatible only with V2 Chime and Chime Plus.
Reolink Video Doorbell (2nd Gen): Compatible only with Chime Plus.
V2 and V3 doorbells and Battery Doorbell models can pair with multiple Reolink Chimes, up to a maximum of five, allowing you to place chimes throughout your home. Each chime can only be paired with one doorbell at a time. Note that Reolink Chimes work exclusively with Reolink video doorbell cameras.
