Plug-in Wi-Fi Cameras: All Reolink plug-in Wi-Fi cameras with UID starting with 9527, including models such as E1 Outdoor Pro, Lumus Pro, and TrackMix WiFi.
Battery Wi-Fi Cameras: Most recently released battery-powered cameras including Argus PT Ultra, Argus 4 Pro, Argus Eco Pro, Argus Eco Ultra, and Altas PT Ultra (firmware upgrade required for battery cameras). Note: 2MP battery cameras and 4G cameras are not supported.
Accessories: Compatible with Reolink Chime V2 and Chime Plus (Chime V1 not supported).

A: Yes, the Home Hub Pro can function without internet access. Cameras added to the Hub can still record to the Hub's HDD or SD card, and configurations are possible if a mobile device is connected to the same router's Wi-Fi.
Q: Must the Home Hub Pro be connected to the router via cable?
A: Yes, the Home Hub Pro requires a wired Ethernet connection to your home router during setup and operation.
Q: What is the difference between Reolink Home Hub Pro and a Reolink NVR?
A: The Home Hub Pro is ideal for simple, small-to-medium scale setups with smart home integration and supports battery-powered cameras. NVRs are better suited for larger areas requiring scalable, robust solutions with very high-capacity storage needs.
Q: How is storage managed when both HDD and microSD card are inserted?
A: For the Home Hub Pro, the HDD is overwritten first, then the microSD card. Note that the microSD card cannot save videos when both storage options are inserted simultaneously.
