The Tech Geeks Configuration

We are just not quite the same as many of the other online stores.  I know it is easy to say that, but we just aren't.

The Tech Geeks, under their parent company Twelve Times (Worldwide) Pty Ltd trade in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

This allows us to purchase stock from suppliers from locations where they have it available.    We are then able to import those products directly, along with providing localised Warranty and Replacement as required.

We only list items that we know have been, or are about to be released to us and since we purchase only in small batches these are often flown in on short time frames.

We list on each product our expected shipments and ones that we have already sent out to customers.   Please use these dates as a guideline as we always suggest 14-21 days just to allow for air freight or customs hold ups.

Choose the option which best suits your needs.

30 Minute Configuration
Many customers use this service as and when needed, to gain support and advice on their specific setup, or just to have one of our tech team on hand as everything is plugged in and setup.   Time is billed in 30 minute increments.

Basic Configuration
This option is best for simple setups with less than 4 devices being configured and includes - device activation, registration and firmware updates.   Configuration and setup.   Once the initial configuration is done, the unit(s) will be shipped to site for you to plug in.   The Tech Geeks will be on hand for up to a further 30 minutes to work through any last minutes changes or issues.  

Standard Configuration
This option is best for those wanting a little more hands on help and less than 8 devices being configured.  It includes device activation, registration and firmware updates.  Configuration and setup.   Once the initial configuration is done, the unit(s) will be shipped to site for you to plug in.   The Tech Geeks will be on hand for up to a further 1 hour to work through any changes needed in the first 7 days of the install. 

Advanced Configuration
This option is best for more complicated setups and generally needed for setups with multiple different device types, like cameras, access points, routers and switches.  It includes device activation, registration and firmware updates.  Configuration and setup.  Configuration time is limited to a maximum of 3 hours.  Once the initial configuration is done, the unit(s) will be shipped to site for you to plug in.   The Tech Geeks will be on hand for up to a further 2 hours to work through any changes needed in the first 14 days of the install.
