What is the UniFi Access Hub Door used for?
It is a single-door mechanism that provides entry and exit control through connected Access Readers. It supports 1 door and up to 6,000 users, and is managed through the Access application.
How is the UA-Hub-Door powered?
It is powered by PoE++ (50V DC, 1A) or by a UL 294 Power-limited Class 2 PSU or a UL 60950-1/62368-1 LPS/PS2 PSU. Maximum consumption is 30W without PoE output and 50W with PoE output.
What ports and inputs does it have?
It has five 10/100/1000 Base-T ports, including one PoE++ input and four PoE+ outputs at up to 30W per port (45W maximum aggregated). Input terminals are two door exit request, one door position and one emergency.
Can the Access Hub Door be used outdoors?
No, it is for indoor use only. The ambient operating range is 0 to 40° C (32 to 104° F) at 5 to 95% noncondensing humidity.
How is the hub mounted and how big is it?
