It is an AC adapter with integrated PoE that lets a UniFi Cloud Gateway device provide PoE output on a single port. It delivers up to 30W of PoE+.

The Type-C output is 5V at 5A, and the PoE+ output is 48V at 0.65A. The adapter accepts 100–240V AC at 50/60Hz, with a maximum input current of 1.5A.
