What is Pre-Order / Special Order

We are just not quite the same as many of the other online stores.  I know it is easy to say that, but we just aren't.

The Tech Geeks, under their parent company Twelve Times (Worldwide) Pty Ltd trade in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

This allows us to purchase stock from suppliers from locations where they have it available.    We are then able to import those products directly, along with providing localised Warranty and Replacement as required.

We only list items that we know have been, or are about to be released to us and since we purchase only in small batches these are often flown in on short time frames.

We list on each product our expected shipments and ones that we have already sent out to customers.   Please use these dates as a guideline as we always suggest 14-21 days just to allow for air freight or customs hold ups.

Ubiquiti UniFi Protect Network Video Recorder (NVR) Instant Kit delivers a compact, all-in-one solution out of the box, ensuring fast and effortless setup.

The UNVR-instant kit bundle includes: 

1 x UniFi Protect NVR Instant
4 x G5 Turret Ultra cameras and
1 x 1TB HDD

Note. Requires connection to a Gateway or Layer 3 switch.

UNVR Instant is equipped with a 3.5” HDD bay, an integrated 6-port PoE switch, and a ViewPort output for real-time monitoring. Supporting up to 8 2K cameras or 6 4K cameras, the set process takes only seconds. 

UniFi Network Video Recorder Instant supports UniFi Access, allowing you to manage cameras and physical door access from a single device. It includes an integrated Viewport via its HDMI port. You can configure a multi-view in Protect and assign it to the Viewport for live monitoring of selected cameras. The UNVR Instant can operate without external network access. However, a UniFi or third-party gateway, or Layer 3 switch is required to assign IP addresses to the cameras. 

The UNVR-Instant also supports seamless integration with ONVIF-compliant third-party cameras, allowing smooth and easy migration of existing security systems to UniFi Protect.
