The Ubiquiti Protect SuperLink Gateway HA (model USL-G2-Gateway-HA) is a high-availability wireless gateway and Thread border router engineered for mission-critical UniFi Protect deployments. Designed for long-range sensor connectivity, this EU version features LTE connectivity and a built-in battery backup, ensuring continuous operation even during network or power outages.

Utilising proprietary SuperLink technology, the USL-G2-Gateway-HA delivers ultra-long-range, low-latency communication with SuperLink sensors up to 2 km line-of-sight. It also functions as a Thread border router (IEEE 802.15.4) for seamless integration with Thread-enabled smart home devices. Managed through UniFi OS, this gateway offers flexible installation options with wall and DIN rail mounting, a compact form factor (206 × 85 × 25.6 mm with antenna), and a single 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port for network connectivity.

The SuperLink Gateway HA operates on EU frequencies (865.1–869.5 MHz for SuperLink and 2400–2480 MHz for Thread), with a powerful 27 dBm TX power for SuperLink and 10 dBm for Thread, providing robust coverage across demanding commercial, industrial, and residential security applications.

SuperLink Sensors: Works with the complete range of UniFi Protect SuperLink sensors, including Entry Sensor (USL-Entry), Motion Sensor (USL-Motion), Glass Break Sensor (USL-GlassBreak), Environmental Sensor (USL-Environmental), Smoke and CO Alarm (USL-Smoke), and Relay (USL-Relay). Supports up to 96 SuperLink sensors per gateway.

Thread Devices: Functions as a Thread border router, enabling connectivity for Thread-enabled smart home and IoT devices compliant with IEEE 802.15.4 standard, with Thread coverage up to 100 metres.

SuperLink High-Gain Antenna: Expand SuperLink range up to 5 km with the optional UACC-USL-ANT-HG high-gain antenna for extreme long-range deployments in outdoor or challenging RF environments.
