Description

The WatchGuard ThreatSync Open (XDR) licence expands the extended detection and response (XDR) capabilities of WatchGuard ThreatSync to include third-party security alerts and response actions. Managed through WatchGuard Cloud, it lets you monitor and respond to incidents from WatchGuard and non-WatchGuard security tools from one place, without switching between consoles.

With the ThreatSync Management UI as your single point of monitoring and response, you can view third-party incidents and perform response actions directly in ThreatSync. ThreatSync Open also lets supported third-party firewalls connect to your ThreatSync Blocked Items list and use it as an integrated threat intelligence feed.

Choose the band that matches your number of users and the term, then set the quantity to your number of users.

Key Features

  • Open XDR that extends ThreatSync to cover third-party security alerts and response actions
  • Single point of monitoring and response in the ThreatSync Management UI for third-party incidents
  • Third-party integrations with CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne Singularity and Trend Micro Worry-Free Services
  • Third-party firewall support: Fortinet FortiGate can use the ThreatSync Blocked Items list as an integrated threat feed
  • Cloud-delivered through WatchGuard Cloud, so no additional hardware is required
  • Correlated detections that score malicious scenarios which could be indicators of compromise (IoCs) and present them as incidents for review and remediation
  • Faster response, with ThreatSync designed to reduce mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to respond (MTTR) through automated response actions

Ideal for: IT teams, managed service providers (MSPs) and incident responders who already use WatchGuard ThreatSync and want to bring third-party endpoint and firewall security into one unified XDR view.
