Maintenance Overview
Advisory: Sophos Central Engineering will be performing routine maintenance to Sophos Central on Saturday, February 25th, 2023, starting at 8 pm (UTC) and lasting approximately 1 hour. During this timeframe, it will not be possible to log in to any Central Dashboard or complete any Sophos Central-based API queries.
What will be affected: (Customers/Partners will not be able to...)
- Login to Central Dashboard applications, and will be auto logged out during the maintenance period.
- Central Dashboard
- Enterprise Dashboard
- Partner Dashboard
- Self Service Portal
- MySophos
- Complete any Sophos Central API service principal authentication
- Create new Central Dashboard accounts
- Create any new Central administrators
- Additionally - any Technical Support will not be able to access to any customer tenants who have enabled remote assistance via Central Dashboards during this time.
What will not be affected:
- There will be no disruption to protected endpoints, XDR monitoring, network protection, or email delivery during the maintenance timeframe.
- This will not affect Sophos Home dashboard access
