When you order a Sophos license from us please make sure you include the license number or current hardware appliance serial number. Licenses generally take around 24 - 36 working hours to be issued after order.
In some instances you may find we show out of stock for certain hardware models. This is fairly normal and reflects the fact, often that we have to place what is called a back to back order. When you order with us, we order with Sophos and the unit is shipped in to the country. Please allow around 10 working days where we show as out of stock.

Sophos offers two different support plans for its firewall, Enhanced and Enhanced Plus.
Added value through Enhanced Support: Sophos support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by email or phone.
Your XG/XGS Firewall is always provided with the latest pattern and feature updates. Pattern updates are installed automatically and for new features or bug fixes your intervention is necessary.
We are happy to support you at any time. If you have licensed Enhanced Support, the XG/XGS Firewall is covered by warranty. In the event of a hardware failure, you will receive an advance replacement.
