Sophos Central Admin - Web Control reports are not updating
Issue
Blocked/Warned Web Control events are not updating on the Logs and Reports page in Sophos Central Admin.
The events can still be found under individual devices' Summary and Events tabs.

Issue timeline
- The issue is currently being investigated by our Development team in the ticket: CESG-24809
Impact
- Affected customers cannot see updated info on recent Top Blocked and Top Warned Sites.
- Affected customers cannot see recent info on the total number of blocked and warned Sites.
Current status
As a workaround, blocked and warned Web Control events are still present under individual devices' Summary and Events tabs.
