What's New: Features Description Third Party Solutions Diagnostic Tools Diagnostic Tools allows users to collect information from third-party solutions like ConnectWise Automate and Kaseya VSA On-Premise (MSI package) for troubleshooting purposes. This can be access from the “Administration” tab in the TMRM console. Suite License Support In this release, TMRM will support the two new co-managed XDR service suites which are “Worry-Free with Co-Managed XDR: Service for Endpoint and Email ” and “Worry-Free with Co-Managed XDR: Service for Endpoint only”.
