It supports Windows 10/11 (64-bit). MLO is supported on Windows 11 (version 24H2 and later).
How do I connect it to a USB-C or USB-A port?
For USB-A, insert the adapter directly into a USB-A port. For USB-C, remove the outer USB-A connector to reveal the smaller USB-C connector, then insert it into a USB-C port. Connecting to a USB 3.0 port is recommended.
What do I need to get the best performance?
Ensure your router or access point supports the Wi-Fi 7 standard and uses WPA3 encryption. Wi-Fi 7 features such as MLO also require both the access point and the PC operating system to support them.
My wireless connection is unstable. What can I try?
Try connecting the adapter to a different USB port on your computer, preferably a USB 3.0 port.
How can I tell if the driver has installed successfully?
The adapter's LED is on once the driver has been installed successfully. You can also check Device Manager under Network adapters, where the status should read that the device is working properly.
