We are just not quite the same as many of the other online stores.  I know it is easy to say that, but we just aren't.

The Tech Geeks, under their parent company Twelve Times (Worldwide) Pty Ltd trade in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

This allows us to purchase stock from suppliers from locations where they have it available.    We are then able to import those products directly, along with providing localised Warranty and Replacement as required.

We only list items that we know have been, or are about to be released to us and since we purchase only in small batches these are often flown in on short time frames.

We list on each product our expected shipments and ones that we have already sent out to customers.   Please use these dates as a guideline as we always suggest 14-21 days just to allow for air freight or customs hold ups.

The Ubiquiti ENAS (Enterprise NAS) is a 3U rack-mount network attached storage solution designed for high-performance enterprise storage deployments. Built on proven ZFS architecture, the ENAS delivers enterprise-class performance, massive scalability, and centralised management without recurring software licensing costs.

Featuring sixteen 2.5"/3.5" SATA drive bays, the ENAS provides exceptional storage capacity with support for both HDDs and SSDs. The device is powered by an eight-core ARM Neoverse N2 processor at 2.4 GHz with 64 GB of memory, ensuring robust performance for demanding business workloads. Optional M.2 NVMe L2ARC caching via two dedicated M.2 NVMe bays further accelerates random access performance.

High-speed networking is delivered through dual 25G SFP28 ports (supporting 25G/10G/1G) and one 10 GbE RJ45 port (supporting 10G/5G/2.5G/1G/100M). Two SFF-8644 Mini-SAS HD expansion ports enable seamless storage expansion using compatible expansion units, allowing organisations to scale capacity without vendor lock-in.

The ENAS integrates directly with the UniFi platform, providing native iSCSI support for virtualisation environments and high-availability infrastructure. Advanced features include role-based access controls, Active Directory integration, deduplication support, and multi-site backup orchestration to offsite ENAS units, rsync servers, or cloud destinations including Microsoft 365 applications.

Redundant hot-swappable power supplies (dual 550W AC/DC modules) ensure maximum uptime, whilst comprehensive RAID support (RAID 1, 5, 6) with global hot spare capabilities protects critical data. The system supports multiple RAID groups within storage pools, with each group accommodating up to eight drives for optimal performance.
