How UI Care differs from a standard RMA

With a normal RMA, you return the original device at your own cost and wait for it to be inspected before the replacement is sent. With UI Care, the process is faster and simpler: request a replacement, receive your new product (as soon as the next business day, according to Ubiquiti's UI Care information), then return the original using the prepaid label. The original device must be returned within 90 days, or an extension requested, otherwise the plan is cancelled.

• Coverage begins on the later of the plan purchase date or the 31st day after the covered product's purchase date, and runs for five years.
